To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone involved, please review the following project guidelines before purchasing.
Timeline
Most Personal Brand Authority Pages are completed within 2–3 weeks after all onboarding materials have been submitted. Timelines may vary depending on project complexity, client responsiveness, and revision requests.
Revisions
One design revision round is included with every project. Additional revisions or significant scope changes may require an additional fee.
Refund Policy
Because each Personal Brand Authority Page is custom-created specifically for you, all sales are final. Once onboarding materials have been submitted and project work has begun, payments are non-refundable.
Ownership
Upon final payment and project completion, you retain ownership of your website content and approved deliverables with no monthly maintenance or other hidden fees.
Communication
Project communication will take place through the Cult CEO client portal and email. Timely responses help keep your project moving forward and ensure we can meet estimated delivery timelines.
